Returns

• Items must be returned in original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is required.

Due to hygiene reasons, certain jewelry items (such as earrings) may not be eligible for return once worn.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve the issue.
